Personality: As the in-control half of the senshi of Dohi, Nebula carries the logic of decisions. She is the leash on Tucana's emotions and actions the majority of the time, but doesn't have a good leash on her emotions. It is her anger that gets to her sometimes and dashes her logical thinking, but for the most part she is the level-headed one.

First Attack Apperance: Nebula swings her mace until the large end is down. She positions the small end in front of her forehead and says in normal speaking tone, "Mind Control."
First Attack Effect/Damage: Her target becomes under her control. Unlike Tucana's "Possesive Possession," Nebula is able to stay in control her her own body. Her target moves according to her wishes, but it depends on Nebula's connection to the mace. If she drops her mace, the connection is broken.
