Transformation Sequence: Inkou shouts these words, causing her gold ring to begin glowing. She waves her ring hand in front of her face and over her head. From the "sun" spills many ribbons of golden and silver-white light. The ribbons form around her body into an airy, glowing version of her uniform. Then, the ribbons burst into twinkling stars that fade away as Sailor Hikari poses with her left hand on her hip, her left leg out, and her open right hand outstretched up high.

First Attack Name: Sunray (Offensive)
First Attack Apperance: The silver wings on her staff fold around the sun and all three emit a bright ray of golden light that attacks the enemy.
First Attack Effect/Damage: This attack either blinds the enemy or causes great damage. It is strongest when combined with Sailor Mei's Moonray.
Second Attack Name: Nankan (Defensive)
Second Attack Apperance: From the staff comes a white beam of energy that can form into a wall or dome of white energy.
Second Attack Effect/Damage: Defensive in nature, this attack can also capture or contain if properly focused
Third Attack Name: Twilight Moon (Offensive)
Third Attack Apperance: Using her Twilight Dagger, Hikar "draws" a moon into the air above her head. The moon moves down her and envelopes her in a golden light. She then points her dagger at her target, thereby commanding the moon. It moves below the target and attacks them with beams of gold light.
Third Attack Effect/Damage: The damage from this attack is mediocre at best when alone. When combined with Mei's Twilight Sun, the damage is greater and can incapacitate the target.
Fourth Attack Name: Golden Gate
Fourth Attack Apperance: An ability believed to be unique to the Staff of Golden Day, it opens a golden swirling vortex either parallel or perpendicular to the ground.
Fourth Attack Effect/Damage: It allows the bearer of the staff to move between different areas. It is limited to the range of a planet and can only transpor the bearer
